Membership terms

• Memberships bill weekly in advance and keep running for as long as you keep paying.
• New memberships have a 12 week minimum term from the start date.
• Cancelling takes 2 weeks notice, given from your membership page (the link in your welcome email).
• The notice period can run inside the minimum term. Your membership ends at the later of the two, landing on your weekly billing day.
• Access and billing run to the end of your final billed week. There are no partial weeks or pro-rata refunds.
• Your weekly rate is the rate shown when you signed up. If list prices change later, your subscription stays on the rate you joined at.
• Members who joined before July 2026 and moved across from our previous system have no minimum term; only the 2 weeks notice applies, and their existing weekly rate is locked in.
• You can withdraw your notice any time before your end date from your membership page. Card updates and invoices are handled through the Stripe billing portal.
